The profiles used in the construction industry, are manufactured in this unit. In this unit, polyamide tape is placed in aluminium profiles, and stitching is done fully automatically. One of the important points in the production of thermal break profiles is the quality of the polyamide tape used and the stitching process so that the polyamide tape is placed correctly and firmly in the aluminium profile and stitched. This has been made possible by the use of modern, well-equipped and high-quality machinery in this complex. The quality of the stitching process is checked and controlled through continuous sampling of the produced profiles and testing in special devices by applying shear pressure.

In addition, in order to ensure the required quality of polyamide tape, this complex has purchased two extrusion lines for this type of tape and the relevant molds from a reputable foreign manufacturer, and its production is carried out within the complex and with the highest quality raw materials.
