Aluminium anodizing involves processes that enhance the wear and corrosion resistance of parts. By creating a thin oxide layer on the aluminium surface, this technique provides effective protection against corrosion. Typically, aluminium is coated to a micrometre thickness using electrochemical anodizing methods.
To meet customer expectations for quality and achieve the required production rate, our company has launched a fully automatic anodizing line with maximum capacity, sourced from a reputable European manufacturer. This line utilizes cutting-edge technology, enabling us to perform chemical polishing of aluminium sections and electrocoloring operations in five different color ranges simultaneously.
Additionally, we employ mechanical polishing and brushing machines before the anodizing process. This allows us to perform polishing and brushing operations on aluminium sections, to achieve a diverse range of surface qualities in the final anodized product.
